Public Meeting to Plan the A World Beyond Capitalism (AWBC) 2005 Conference. The AWBC is an Annual, International, Multiracial Alliance Building Peace Conference.

Public Planning meeting for the A World Beyond Capitalism 2005
Conference, The Annual, International, Multiracial Alliance Building
Peace Conference. Time: 7 p.m. May 18th, 2005. Laughing Horse Books,
3652 SE Division, Portland, Oregon. This meeting is open to the public
and is appropriate for all ages. The AWBC conference begins August 26th, 2005 but we are currently scheduling workshops, speakers and volunteers. We are also accepting advance registrations at this meeting. All are welcome. We very strongly encourage parents, families, minorities, English as a Second Language (ESL) and marginalized activist groups to attend this meeting to help plan pre- and post- conference community activities for all age groups. Please bring written proposals for presentation consideration. Cost: free.
